Customer Survey
Here is an example form that should give you an idea of the kind of questions you need to ask.
Before you start formulating one, you need to think about the following:
1)-Determine what are your objectives of having one?
2)-The questions
you come up with should relate to the above objectives.
3)-Involve your key staff members in this process. They know more than what you think!
4)-Make sure your surveys are always poste prepaid to maximise response from your customers.
Here are two basic questions you should ask yourself before putting ink on paper:
1)-Do you have a system in place to action any critical findings?
2)-Do you need to motivate your clients to get them to fill them up? If yes, what is it and how you will implement it?
Depending on what kind of business you have, you can do one of the following:
1)-If your customers walk in your premises, these forms can be displayed on the counter.
2)-If you deliver to your customers, you can insert them in the parcels, and you can even have an incentive for your customers to send you their surveys.
3)-If you're an online business, you can send to your customers an e-survey or an email with a link to a dedicated page on your website for them to fill up.
